In Fall 2011, Reinhard Engels and I were awarded a grant from Harvard's Library Lab to develop Yāna, an open-source template for journal publishers to use as the basis for their own multi-platform mobile applications. The Yāna template provides the basic functionality required by any journal operating on a mobile platform.

I managed the project, developed the brand identity, built our website, and produced screencasts explaining how to configure the application. My colleague did the heavy-lifting when it came to developing the mobile application itself, and I shaped the look and feel using CSS code.
